Corruption within the Police Force too part 2
by GWalshe
Another example of the high level of crime and corruption is a professional working in the legal circles personally described to me their eye witness account of Garda (Police) calling to their neighbor a High Court Judge and giving him bags of white powder. Witness gave me their eye witness account of how they saw Garda called to the Judge’s home, with bags of drugs in the boot of their car which they gave to the Judge.
A few days later a drug dealer called to the Judge’s home to collect the drugs. Evidence shows a Private Investigator was hired and they confirmed this practice and there is a video to prove it. I said this to a reporter recently and they immediately replied they would not touch it. That was about the 20th reporter I spoke to and I have about 20 recordings of reporters and many other recordings of Politicians and Police so I have enough evidence to make allots more of these movies if I get the backing of you the people.
A few years ago there was an attempt to set up an Independent Investigation body to investigate Political and Police corruption in Ireland which was ever so badly needed. It was to be funded by an American Millionaire of Irish decent who was graciously doing Ireland a great service. It was to have Independent Investigators outside of the police. It is alleged that the then Minister for Justice Michael Mc Dowel previously mentioned leaked confidential information to the media. To discredit Frank Connelly one of the people involved in setting up this origination. As a result the American Millionaire withdrew funding and the proposed Investigation body was never founded.
So I am trying to set up a Private Investigations into these crimes that the Police, Politicians and reporters will not do.
Frank Connelly was one of the first reporters to break the Frank Mc Brearty case of Garda Corruption in Donegal. Frank Mc Brearty Junior was framed and wrongly jailed by corrupt Garda Police. And Frank Junior told me, but for his father had money he and his cousin would be still in jail for a crime they did not commit.
Eventually a Garda Tribunal found that Garda Police where falsifying evidence, and where even planting explosives so they could find them again. As a result of years of Tribunal into Garda Corruption in Donegal the Garda Complaints Board was disbanded. Michael Mc Dowell the then Minister for Justice as mentioned set up the Garda Ombudsman Commission.
My records show that I wrote to the Garda Ombudsman Commission several times and they ruled my accusations are over the six month time period allowed to complain. To think that accusations against Garda Police of being implicated on a Pedophile Ring with links to Drug Barons and murder loosing evidence. And other serious crimes are ruled inadmissible because they are over six months from the time of crime, is a disgrace and shows the inability of the Garda Ombudsman Commission to investigate Garda. (Police)
Former Minister for Justice Michael Mc Dowell now shown to be involved in the cover-up of Irish Army Officers buying illegal Arms set up the Garda Ombudsman Commission and it is now shown to be also compromised.
29th July 2009 letter from Garda Ombudsman Commission

The current Minister for Justice Dermot Ahern should be sacked for his part in the failure to take action and the cover up of these serious crimes. His New Crime Bill should also be abolished as it appears to attempt to introduce into court the word of Garda of any rank to give testimony without the need of witnesses’ collaboration or hard evidence so support what they believe to be true and have abolished Juries in certain cases. There is clear evidence to show that some Garda are directly involved in the redistribution of Drugs and Guns and no other Garda will inform on them. Minister Ahern, despite my objections to giving Garda Police and Army more powers in his new Criminal bill, proceeded despite my offer of witnesses and proof of illegal guns being bought on the black-market by the people he was giving new powers to. The new powers pave the way for Police and Army effectively to plant listening devices into your homes your work places your cars and clubs and will be used indiscriminately in time. I was aware through my working with Police and Private Investigators that people’s Civil rights were regularly abused. Their phone calls where listened too, some thing that brought down a government 20 years ago and as a result stringent laws where introduced into the tapping of phones requiring court orders to be obtained. However the Irish Government found a way around this by the introduction of new powers in the International Anti Terrorism Laws and they then abused people’s civil rights regularly.
When the Local Garda Superintendent Michael Cummins called to my home unannounced with a Garda Sergeant to investigate my accusations. Superintendent Cummins stated his Chief (Chief Superintendent Gerry Mahon) had sent him out to put my case to bed. When I attempted to implicate Garda police in serious crimes, he sniggering at me and dismissed me by saying
“all cops are good cops and you can’t beat them all”.

Transcript of Audio
Gerry Walshe:~
“Because some of this evidence does implicate Gardai. I have a small bit of bother trusting two total strangers Gardai that walk into my thing (meaning Home)”
Sup. Michael Cummins:~
“Fair enough”
Gerry Walshe:~
“Right. Ahm and some of it is serious stuff now. Right”
Sup. Michael Cummins:~
“Can I just… When you say implicates Gardai… Implicates in, …in what, or doing what or..”
Gerry Walshe:~
“Being allied to a particular Drug Baron. And I would have specific evidence on some of that, right, and I would have admitted, ah people in other ways but I am not going to go into that. Ye are total strangers to me. Ye are walking into my door for the first time and really what I have seen is that there is good Cops and Bad cops out there. And it is really hard to tell just by the uniform.”
Sup. Michael Cummins:~
“Ah but listen to me. All cops are good cops do you know. And you can’t beat them all.”
Gerry Walshe:~
“Is that so? Yea… I know Yea” Sadly there is probably a couple of people dead over things like that, but anyway
Sup. Michael Cummins:~
“Ahh…”
As you heard by Police Garda Superintendent Michael Cummins answers, he dismissed me when I tried to implicate Gardai in very serious crimes he also grinning and sniggered at me during that audio but it was not picked up clearly on Audio recording.
Garda Superintendent Cummins said he did not know where the evidence I gave to Gardai was also Superintendent Cummins said he did not know if the Detective who lost my evidence was being investigated for loosing a weapon, evidence lost on another case. He also said he did not know if that Detective had been investigated by Criminal Assists Bureau ten year previous when a sting operation on the same drug Baron was compromised.
Garda Chief Superintendent Gerry Mahon sent Garda Superintendent Cummins out to investigate these allegations and he surely did know the answers to these questioned considering he was the Garda Superintendent in charge of that detective who lost the evidence and had been asked to investigate it by his Chief Superintendent.
From this sample evidence presented to you, it is easy to see how Irish Politicians Irish Government Officials Garda Police and Army have become seriously compromised and many of them should be in jail not running the country. Until we the Irish People get an honest Government we can not hope to rectify the serious corruption within our Government Bodies Police and Defence Forces with respect to the Garda and Defence Forces who do their job honorably.
Added February 2011, a copy of 15th September 2010 letter from Garda Chief Superintendent John Kerin were he claims he can not look in his official Garda files to confirm my registered letter to his predecessor. Which would show Gardai and Minister Ahern were informed about serious crimes, failed to act and appears mislead the Dail by stating they were not informed.

[...] As long ago as 2008, Dermot Ahern along with Chief Superintendent Gerry Mahon, first received information from Gerry Walshe regarding Government officials buying guns. Ahern was offered evidence and witnesses and the opportunity to work with Mr Walshe to expose these crimes. Even though Ahern acknowledged receipt of the registered post, both men failed to act on any of the information. In the “investigation” Ahern alludes to, evidence went missing and Superintendent Cummins was sent to Gerry’s home. Audio recordings of the meeting between Cummins and Mr Walshe prove the Gards had no interest in helping the Complainant. Enquiring as to the whereabouts of particular evidence, Mr Walshe was ignored and was also told “All cops are good cops and you can’t beat them all”. The audio recording is here. [...]
